Chilled Pumpkin Spice Apple Oatmeal

Serves 1: GF, DF, Vegan, Vegetarian

Ingredients:

½ cup gluten-free oats

¾ cup dairy-free milk

Pinch pumpkin pie spice

1 teaspoon raw honey or maple syrup

1 small green apple, finely chopped

3 tablespoons hemp hearts

 Directions:

Add all ingredients to a food storage container. Stir well, then cover. well until warm. Refrigerate for 4 hours to overnight. Stir again, then enjoy.
